AI Traffic Control Progress & ISP Insights

AI Traffic Control helps protect your sender reputation by regulating your email sending volume and strategically warming up your audiences. To give you deeper visibility into how these controlled sends are performing, we have introduced the ISP Details insights feature within the AI Traffic Control dashboard.

This feature allows you to monitor the specific performance of your "Engager Segments" and see exactly how your active and inactive contacts are distributed across major Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

How it works

When you run an AI Traffic Control process (such as a re-engagement campaign), the system tracks your audience's engagement and provides a visual summary. You can monitor the overarching progress of the segment, or drill down into specific providers to evaluate your list's health.

From the dashboard, you can track:

  • Engager Stats: A visual progress bar displaying the total number of Active customers in your segment.

  • Distribution of Sends: A breakdown showing the volume of sends (e.g., 0-2, 3-23, 24-34) and a visual donut chart representing the total distribution.

How to view your ISP Details

To access detailed provider-level insights, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard Open the AI Traffic Control tab in your main navigation menu.

  2. Locate your Segment Find and expand the specific control process you want to review (e.g., "Gmail and Others reengagement") to view its active Engager Segment.

  3. Open the Insights On the right side of the Engager Stats panel, click the View ISP Details button.

Understanding the ISP Details Modal

Clicking the button will open a detailed pop-up dialogue that provides a clear, tabular breakdown of your audience across major providers.

  • Provider Breakdown: The table categorizes your contacts by major ISPs, such as Google, Yahoo, and Apple, while grouping the rest into an Other category.

  • Visual Progress Bars: For each provider, color-coded progress bars display the exact percentage ratio of Active (green) to Inactive (red) contacts.

  • Exact Counts: Alongside the percentages, you can view the precise numerical count of Active and Inactive contacts associated with each specific ISP.

  • Totals: The bottom row aggregates your data to show the grand total of Active and Inactive contacts across all tracked providers.

By monitoring these ISP-specific insights, you can easily identify which providers are positively engaging with your campaigns and which ones may require strategy adjustments to maintain a healthy sender reputation
