The Bulk Upload Audience feature allows users to upload audience data via a CSV file. The system processes the file, updates the audience segment, and provides real-time status updates.
File Format: CSV (Manually Uploaded)
Maximum File Size: 10 MB
Users must select a CSV file for upload.
Upon upload, the Status column in the UI will display IN PROGRESS.
While the file is IN PROGRESS, users can check the number of uploaded audiences by clicking the Refresh button.
Once the total audience is uploaded, the status changes to COMPLETED.
If an issue occurs during the upload, the status will change to FAILED.
While the file is IN PROGRESS, users cannot:
Delete or add customers.
Assign the segment audience file to any campaign.
After the status changes to COMPLETED, users can:
Upload another audience file (max 10 MB) in the same segment.
Continue uploading new files after each completion.
Delete the audience segment if needed.
Assign the segment audience file to any campaign.
If the same file is uploaded again:
The status will change to IN PROGRESS while the system checks for new customers.
If no new customers are found, clicking Refresh will change the status to COMPLETED.
If new customers are found, they will be added to the segment.
The audience segment can only be deleted if the status is COMPLETED or FAILED.
When an upload starts, users receive a pop-up notification:

📌 Description: Your [Segment_name] audience upload is now in progress. Please refresh to see the current status.
Status: IN PROGRESS
User Actions:
Cannot delete or add customers.
Cannot assign the segment audience file to any campaign.
Can refresh to check the progress.
Status: COMPLETED
User Actions:
Can upload another file.
Can assign the segment audience file to any campaign.
Can delete the audience segment.
Status: FAILED
User Actions:
Can delete the audience segment.
