Fast Switching Accounts
For agencies, consultants, or business owners managing multiple brands, tinyEmail offers a Fast Switching feature. This tool allows you to navigate seamlessly between different accounts without the need to log out and log back in repeatedly.
How it Works
The Fast Switching feature links multiple accounts to a single user profile, provided they are accessed using the same email address.
- Unified Access: As long as you use the same login credentials (email address) for all your accounts, they will appear in your switching menu.
- Efficiency: Instantly toggle between different workspaces to manage campaigns, lists, and reports for different clients or business units.
How to Switch Accounts
- Log in to your tinyEmail account.
- Click on your profile icon and select Switch Account.
- A list of all accounts linked to your email address will appear. Click the account you want to access, and the dashboard will reload to show that account’s data.
Important Note on Account Linking
The Fast Switching feature relies on your email address as the unique identifier.
- Same Email: If you have been invited to multiple accounts (e.g., "Agency A" and "Client B") using jane@example.com, you can switch between them freely.
- Different Emails: If you have an account under jane@example.com and another under jane@personal.com, you cannot fast switch between them. You must log out of one and log into the other manually.
