Follow these steps to complete a DKIM signup for a business email/domain hosted on Wix nameservers.
If your domain is hosted on another platform (e.g. GoDaddy nameservers) and it points to a Wix site, create the DKIM record on the other platform because that is where the DNS is hosted.
If you have a business domain email from Wix, you can easily update the sender identity in your tinyEmail account.
Why DKIM? Click here to understand the gravity of the situation.
Log in to your Wix account.
Click Domains on the side menu.
Locate the domain for your email.
Click the three-dot icon and select Manage DNS Records. A new page displays.
Click the Add Record button.
In a blank row, enter this information:
Type: CNAME
Host name: tec1._domainkey
Value: tec1.dkim.tinyemail.com
TTL: 1 Hour
Click Save. Your Wix work is done.
Open tinyEmail.
Go to the My Account page.
Select the DKIM menu tab.
Go to the Sender domain drop-down.
Select your domain.
Click the Check arrow.
If DKIM is successfully set up, you'll see the status as DKIM verified. If you have a problem, contact our support team.
While creating/scheduling campaigns, use a DKIM-verified sender email if you have multiple sender identities. If you have one sender email, that will be the default.
DKIM verification helps ensure you're compliant with anti-spam rules and improves the odds that your messages land in the inbox.
