Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Sub Account Management
- Log in to your Master Account and go to Plans & Billing from the main menu.
- Select the Sub accounts management tab. Here, you can view your existing Sub Accounts and their usage.
- To create a new Sub Account, click Create sub-account in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Enter the Sub Account Details
A form will open where you can enter the details for the new Sub Account. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).

- Password — the password the Sub Account user will use to log in.
Note: You don't need to create a password manually. Click Generate password to automatically create a secure password.
Contact Details
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
Business Details
- Website
- Country
- State/Province
- City
- Address
Once all required fields are completed, click Create sub-account at the bottom of the form.
Step 3: Share the Login Details
After the Sub Account is created, a confirmation window will appear with the new account's login email and password.
The Sub Account is active immediately, so there is no email confirmation step to complete.
Use the copy icons next to the email and password to copy the login details.
Important: Share the login credentials securely. We recommend using a password manager or private messaging method. For security reasons, avoid sending the login email and password together in the same email.

If you want to create another Sub Account, click Create another. Otherwise, click Done to close the confirmation window and return to the Sub accounts management page. The new Sub Account will now appear in your list.
What Happens Automatically
When you create a Sub Account, several settings are configured automatically:
Billing is assigned automatically — billing is linked to the new Sub Account as part of the creation process.
Deliverability settings are inherited — the Sub Account automatically inherits your Master Account's deliverability settings, so no additional deliverability configuration is required.
The account is active immediately — there is no need to wait for manual backend setup or email confirmation.
Why Create Sub Accounts from the UI?
Creating Sub Accounts directly from the dashboard eliminates the need to submit a setup request or wait for manual configuration.
This makes it faster and easier to onboard new Sub Accounts, especially when managing multiple accounts.
