ISP Engagement Breakdown in 7-Day Engagement Performance
Understanding how your newly added contacts interact with your emails is crucial for maintaining a healthy sender reputation. The ISP Engagement Breakdown enhances your analytics experience by giving you deeper visibility into how your new audience is performing across specific Internet Service Providers (ISPs), such as Gmail and Yahoo.
How it works
This feature provides a near real-time view of your cold audience performance through a 7-Day Rolling View. By tracking the activity of contacts added within the last 7 days, you can monitor early engagement signals and make smarter, data-driven decisions for your sending strategy.
When reviewing your 7-Day Engagement Performance, you will find the following insights:
- Detailed Engagement Metrics: Each ISP breakdown provides specific performance metrics, including Open Rate, Click Rate, Spam Rate and a Combined Engagement Rate.
- Ranked ISP Performance: To help you quickly identify your top and underperforming platforms, ISPs are automatically ranked from highest to lowest engagement.
- Deliverability Awareness: New Spam and Spam Rate columns have been added to the data tables. This provides better visibility into potential risk areas so you can monitor spam signals alongside engagement to protect your sender reputation.
Navigating your data
The analytics UI has been enhanced for improved chart readability and seamless data exploration.
Option 1: Analytics
- Log in to your Account.
- Navigate to Analytics.
- Select New Engager Performance.
Choose the Audience you want to review.
Option 2: Audience
- Log in to your Account.
- Go to Audience.
- Select the Audience you’re interested in.
Open New Engager Performance.

Drill down by date: You can use the expandable accordion rows to click into any specific date. This expands the view to reveal the detailed ISP-level breakdown for that exact day.

- Spot trends quickly: By utilizing the ranked lists and clear ISP insights, you can instantly understand where your engagement is strong or weak across different email providers.
