Recover Facebook Password Without Email or Phone Number
Access your Facebook account through password recovery
Sometimes we get requests to solve techie problems not related to tinyEmail. Here's an example.
These days, we all have a lot of passwords. So it's understandable why someone might forget their Facebook password, given that most users rely on the browser's auto-fill feature.
Don't remember the registered email address or phone number? Oops, password recovery gets a bit tricky.
If you have an alternate email or phone number listed on your account, you can use these to reset your password. Facebook will use them to confirm the account is yours and then send you a verification code.
Go to this page and follow the instructions to reset your account.
If you don’t have an alternate email or phone number, bummer. The next (and only other) option is to contact Facebook support. The customer service team will ask questions and have you verify information to help confirm that you are the account holder.
This isn't a guaranteed solution. You could still lose account access if the Facebook folks decide to err on the side of caution because you can't persuade them that you are you. Even still, they may be able to assist if you can prove your identity.
In the past, you could. There used to be a Facebook feature where you could designate trusted contacts that would help you regain account access. Unfortunately, that feature is long gone (for account privacy and security reasons). The above two methods are the only two ways to recover your Facebook password.
That's it.
Once your password is recovered, you can log in and access your account.
