For resellers and third party integration management, tinyEmail offers a robust Credit Management system. This feature allows you to purchase bulk credits for premium features (like Audience List Cleaning) at discounted rates, maintain a global credit bucket, and easily track consumption across all your child accounts.
The credit system is designed to give Master accounts full control over feature billing and distribution.
Global Buckets: Credits are purchased and stored in a global bucket managed by the Master account.
Tiered Pricing: The system automatically applies tier-based pricing to your purchases. The more credits you buy in a single transaction, the cheaper the cost per credit.
Master Control: Only the Master account can purchase credits and view the overarching credit management dashboard.
To oversee your account's credits and add to your balance, follow these steps:
Open Credit Management Log in to your master account, click on your profile icon, and select Manage Credits.
Review Your Dashboard Here, you can view your current available credits, your purchasing history, and a detailed usage history.
Add Credits Click the button to add more credits. As you increase the volume of credits you wish to purchase, the tiered pricing model will automatically apply discounts to your total cost.
Once you have a balance in your global bucket, you and your child (Sub) accounts can use credits to pay for premium services instead of making one-time credit card purchases.
Navigate to the Audience tab and initiate the Clean My List feature.
When the pricing and payment pop-up appears, you will now see two tabs. Instead of the one-time purchase option, select
the option to use your credits.
The system will display the total cost in credits (e.g., 1 credit per email cleaned) alongside your remaining credit balance.
Click to start the cleaning process. The required credits will be immediately deducted from your global bucket.
To keep track of which child (Sub) accounts are consuming your global credits:
Return to your profile and click Manage Credits.
Open the Usage History tab.
This immutable log provides a complete audit trail, displaying the date, time, and specific email address (including child
accounts) that initiated the credit consumption.
