tinyEmail offers a growing library of prebuilt forms ready to use on your favorite websites. Whether you need  embeddedpopup, and flyout forms. we’ve got plenty of options to get you started instantly.
Want to make it your own? No problem — you can customize the forms or add your branding content anytime.

Opening the prebuilt page

Log in to your account, click Forms on the side menu, and then click the Prebuilt menu tab.



Filter

Feeling overwhelmed by the number of prebuilt options? Narrow the list. 

You could click the Filter button and display forms according to their pre-assigned business area tags. Check a box to enable a tag.

You could also go to the right side of the page and filter the options according to form type (i.e. Embedded, Popups, Flyout, or Favorites).

Adding a Favorite

Want to quickly access forms you love?
  1. Pick a prebuilt form. 
  2. Click the star in the top-right corner — it will turn yellow to mark it as a favorite.

  3. Use the Favorites filter to display all your favorites.

Using a form

Each prebuilt form comes with a menu of options. Hover the name to display a menu with two options:

  • Use – Launch the form-building workflow to customize and publish.

  • Preview – Check the template before starting the workflow

Customizing the Background Image

You can change the background image of any prebuilt form:

  1. Hover over the background image on the form.
  2. The Properties panel will open on the right side.
  3. Under Image, replace the existing URL with the URL of the image you want to use.
  4. Important: Preview the form to ensure the image is properly adjusted before making the form live.


Workflow Overview

Once you select a prebuilt form, the workflow is the same as building any form from scratch: 

  1. Enter a name and audience.
  2. Customize the form (optional).
  3. Add your domain (required).
  4. Save and publish.
  5. Copy and paste the code onto your website.
  6. Test and tweak as needed.
